Welcome to Champion Wellness Center Of The Heights!

The Heights area has experienced remarkable growth in the past few years, with more and more people moving here to live, work and play. With growth comes the need for more services to serve the growing population, including the ever present need for high quality chiropractic care. There are plenty of families moving into the area; it’s a family-oriented area with one of the nicest school systems in the state of Florida. Therefore, Dr. Alan and Champion Wellness Centers decided to open here in Heights.

Dr. Alan Molina at Champion Wellness Center of the Heights is one of the most knowledgeable, compassionate and genuine... chiropractors I have ever received care from. He cares about his patients so much that even when all of your treatment is paid for he is still texting to see how things are going and especially if you miss an appointment. He encourages his patients to continue their therapy at home by providing videos of stretches, and exercises. After five other chiropractors, I have found the one I am going to stick with.read more

Dr. Alan Molina is a diamond in the rough!!!!I cannot recommend Dr. Molina enough! To say my children have taken a... toll on my body is an understatement. After having my children close together, my body was always in pain. I have gone to quite a few chiropractors to get help, but they all offered the same typical adjustments with not much relief. After finding Dr. Molina, and speaking with him about my problems, he was able to alleviate my pain. I cannot express how unbelievably grateful I am to have found him. He actually takes the time to listen to his patients. I struggling with back pain from constantly bending over to pick up my kids. That alone caused my muscles to tighten resulting in me not having much range of motion in my neck. After ONE adjustment, I was able to turn my head 3 more inches!!Also, my husband had jammed his next 5 years ago moving. He would get chronic migraines from this and no one seemed to be able to help. I came to Dr. Molina after being in an accident. I was in pain and scared since I have never been in an accident... before. After the accident I had sciatica running down the back of my right leg. I’ve been to neurologists, pain specialists, and other healthcare professionals for my chronic headaches and back pain.... They either prescribe pain meds, or print exercises off of google images for me to do.In my first visit, Dr. Molina performed a full examination, took xrays, pinpointed the sources of my pain, and completely explained the functionality of the body parts involved. Honestly wow... I was a little skeptical that I would ever find a great chiropractor. I had tried various ones before... but never stuck with it.. . But Alan has changed my mind! Not only does he treat me in the moment, but he also gives me exercises to strengthen my weak areas on my own time too. He’s not afraid to yell at me to stand up straight when I’m in the waiting room either lol honestly a great chiropractor who really knows his stuff and you can tell he’s very passionate about helping his patients live their best life. I also think it’s awesome that he does some non traditional stuff like cupping and the “scraping” techniques which have really proved amazing for my body.
